A simple, but not original, little demo is to pour vinegar onto some baking soda and to see the carbon dioxide gas bubbling off. That's a chemical reaciton.

DO THIS OUTSIDE AND DO NOT BREATHE THE GAS THAT FORMS.
Combine chlorox bleach and ammonia.
You will get a reaction. I have never done this. I don't think there will be an explosion but you will see rapid formation of a toxic gas. DO NOT BREATHE the gas. That is why you must do this experiment outside, most preferably on a windy day to disperse the gas rapidly, and keep your distance.

hi, you are able to desire to do the eating ordinary coke with mentos test. I observed it on fable busters. All you are able to desire to do is to drop a white mentos mint right into a bottle of eating ordinary coke, it creates a extensive fountain effect. something to do with chemical reaction of two chemical compounds, and additionally floor part of white mentos (it somewhat is dimpled) the colored mentos do no longer paintings because of the fact the outdoors is gentle. solid success!
