They also have to be born in the same place and exactly at the same time you were born in order to be similar to you.

I have a friend who was born on that date july 13 but in 1990.Her personality is that shes shy,moody,sensitive,private, and mysterious.

I agree with Olysay C, they will be different depending on where and what time they were born.
