The 90's was 2pac
And in the 2000's I woud have to say people like Eminem has made quite the impact and paved the way for all the wangsta's out there

from da 80's idk...BUT from the 90's i'd say N.W.A and from like 2000-2007 i'd say The Doctor's Advocate from The Game , Dr.Dre 2001.... etc.
