GREAT QUESTION! Years ago rapist and child molesters would receive life sentence if they weren't executed! When the laws changed I don't know, but we need to go back to life in prison for these types of crimes. There is no place in our society for those that pray on children. To allow them to do it again and again is insane!! we also must change our laws so minor cases like a 17 year old having first time sex with a 15 year old isn't treated the same as a child rapist is. We need our laws to make sense again! First time love and pure evil should not be treated the same as they are now. Child molesters must be put away for life!!

Because the laws governing perv, molestors, and pedophiles are in serious need of rewriting. Their should be mandatory castration if it involves a child under 16, or a violent sexual crime and then followed with life in general popluation prision wearing a pink dress (so that they too can feel what it would be like to be preyed upon). They should be stripped of any and all priveleges that they would receive in prison (tv, 3 meals, exercise, etc.) their one hour a day should consist of constructing the anklets that the ones who slipped through these mandatory sentance should wear. Our next president should be the one who admits that America's laws are as primitive as the criminals who skate past them................

Makes a lot of sense doesn't it? Child molesters are scum and deserve the death sentence along with drug dealers. Neither serves any purpose.

Drug dealing would be reduced to a victemless crime if most drugs were legalized. Put the Gangs out of buisness.
Child rapist and certain rapes of Adult Women needs to be executed.

I have no idea but there is something wrong with our sentencing laws. Child Molesters and Rapist cannot be rehabilitated.Excellent question.Thanks for asking it.

Drug dealers deserve long sentences. What really angers me is when child molesters get shorter sentences than drunk drivers. Those who molest & murder children, I would not only be willing to be their executioner, I would be delighted to do it bare handed.

Good question you need to call your state representatives and tell them you are concerned about the laws in your state at the state level, start lobbying at your state capitol to get the sentencing laws changed.
