My sister in law is like that, but only small amounts never a lot.
A friend of the family, will often eat and drink while in the shops and just put the empty food packets on the scanner when he's done shopping

Sometimes, but that is exactly what my sister is. She goes to all of them a million times, and the sampler ladies are looking at her like didn't I see you like 5 times already.
