You could always do some initials like Harry S. Truman...Koen G.T. lastname...or..

Gareth?
Gerit (Gar-it)?

Gerimy does rather make a person see Germ right away. Maybe Garimy? (Using the A from Gerald instead of the e)

My pick would be Koen Garimy or Koen Gerit

i really love the name koen--that is really cute.

i like the first two names, but the last one sounds a little too made-up. The first two look like jeremy, but just spelled differently. I don't know if that's what your going for though.

i played around with the letters of Gerald and Timothy and came up with :

-Gim
-Terald
-Timerald (that may be a little too unique), but it's also a different take on the name Reginald, which looks like Reggie and Gerald

Anyway, good luck! and congrats on the baby : )

Of your choices I like Geromy. Have you thought about the name Timothy Gerald?

I like Geromy, Gerimy reminds me of germs too much as you said and Gemothy.. the 'Gem' part makes me think of Jem and the holograms lol

Go with Geromy, pronounced as Jeremy

Geromy can be pronounced like Jeremy. I like that one out of the three you gave. Or you can use Geroth, Tirald, Gerothy, Gimald, Gimothy, Gerath, Gery, Aldoth.

have you thought about just doing an hyphenated (sp?) middle name. Our second child has 2 first names because we had the same problem. Wanted to name him after my dad and a friend of ours who was killed in Iraq. And my husbands family has a tradition with all the boys having middle names with an R so he is Price-Daniel Raygen. If you can't find anything you like putting them together just keep them seperate. Good luck
