Most Scots hate the English. I have read about a very bloody war in which we declared our independence from England. Scotland wants to do the same thing.

Errr I don't want to burst any bubbles here but Scotland is already a country it always was.

Pro's
We would save alot of taxes.
More taxes could be spent on other parts of the U.K.
They would have to leave and go back to Scotland
Less unemployment in the other parts of Britain.
They would learn that 12miles off there coast is international waters and British Petroleum would still pay taxes to the U.K. government
Ditto Shell
Loch Ness monster would be insufficient to generate a GDP larger than Liverpool's.
They wouldn't have a say in the British Parliament.

Cons
Some off my pals would have to go back.
Whiskey prices would go up
Wolley jumper prices would go up
Passports required to go climb the nearest we have to mountains.
Life would be duller without the continual banter between the Jocks and sasanach's
Whiskey prices would go up
My sister would probably be sent back to England as an undesirable.
Whiskey prices would go up.
Water prices would go up seen as they send us the odd gallon or two over the summer period.
Whiskey prices would go up.

Is that sufficient to get on with? Oh and no its not to late but no one will be a winner. And the cultural heritage of both will go down the tube. As for the above SNP MP, go for it.
