I'm sorry, I can't comment on looks when it comes to comedic actors.
Even though I have adored Chaplin my entire life, I would have to give them both 10's for comedy and overall acting. They were both geniuses in my book.
But Charlie will always be my #1...

BOTH ARE GREAT IN DIFFERENT AREAS OF ACTING. Charlie funny etc. Harold was know as the human fly. He did I believe all his own stunts.
