1. Write a book like 'Harry Potter" where everyone will get caught thinking about your ideas.
2. Brainwash a lot of people like what Adolf Hitler did.
3. Be a founder of some sort of religion and tell them you're the mediator of some superpowers in the heaven.
4. Build your own nuclear base then threaten the superpowers.
5. Dial 865-LIGHTYEARSAWAY to ask for alien help.

Respect, Money and lots of it.
Then you would have to take on a certain appearance which would be acceptable to the majority, you know if you've done your history prior to visiting. If you could alter your look to cater to those you may be around at the time would help gaining respect of those even faster. With the brain power and looks ( you got plenty of it with the size of your head) there shouldn't be a problem with gaining money which is important to have on this earth.

Have you thought of genetic engineering? Combine your DNA with human DNA in creative ways to help your species adapt to the earth environment. If you can also make some of your people look like humans, they will provoke less resistance.
