There's different forms of whining:
Kobe is excellent at whining when he doesn't win . Amazingly it's always everyone elses fault.
Rasheed Wallace is an amazing whiner, to the refs, on the court. I've never seen a player whine at mroe obvious foul calls agaisnt him.
Dirk doesn't whine much, but he lets the refs get into his head, and effect his game.
Suns fans are by far THE BEST whining fans in basketball today...maybe ever...
Floppers? Jeeez...take your pick..
Manu, anyone on The Warriors...Nash, Raja Bell, Marbury, Dwayne Wade. Finley (bad flopper)...etc, etc, etc...

Without a doubt, Steve Nash is the biggest flopper. Whiner would go to Kobe Bryant. lmao to Hendrix for saying that the Suns fans are the biggest whiners. I stand corrected!

i think they both reside in the same team.
Duncan is the biggest whinner i have seen that is still playing. next to reggie miller they give each other competition.
then Ginobili also has some competition with alot of south americans in Varejao and Oberto. im also leaving someone else out of the floopings best. but i would have to say manu
