Well Although he man has powers, G.I. Joe could kill him from across the earth with a nuke or a missle. But if it were hand to hand, G.I. Joe might win if he cuts HeMans throat, but the topic is to broad, And for all who say "Weapons are not Fighting" Well ah, yes they are, they are used in fighting, so there fore since the topic is broad then yes it is fighting and anything goes.
