Editing the settings of MS Virtual PC?

Hi guys i have a problem adding another harddisk on my Virtual PC (Windows Server 2003). I cannot edit the settings, i think i did something to make the settings locked. Is there anyway i can edit it or do i have to reinstall a Virtual PC all over again?

You cant really lock the settings, it only locks it when the VM are running, or when you have no more space to create a new VM.
