I am allergic to bees, and cranberries. I know that seems strange, but its true. lol. The last time I ate cranberries was when I was about 10 years old. My face had swollen up like an orange. I dont want to repeat that ever again. lol I havent eaten them since. I would love to try though. Maybe I am not allergic to them anymore. What about you?

ALL fast food salads except Wendy's (preservatives?)
Most detergents. I have to use All Free and Clear
Fragranced shampoos

The list seems to grow each year but so far that's it. Each of these allergies are significant enough that I have to avoid them. SUCKS!

In all seriousness, I AM allergic to antihistamines. If you didn't already know antihistamines are what you take to relieve allergy symptoms or to prevent an allergic reaction. My tongue swells and my throat starts to close if I am given an antihistamine. It is a real pain not to be able to take medications such as Benadryl or Claritin, because I am allergic to so many other things: Foods-ginger, grapefruit, shellfish, etc. Products with chemicals--hair dyes, perfumes, lotions. Animals--cats & dogs, mosquitoes, spiders (my face balloons when I am bit on the face, otherwise I just get a golf ball sized welt where the bite was). Nature-grass, some trees & flowers, weeds, etc. etc. etc. Most of my allergies developed overtime with exposure, and each time I was exposed the allergic reaction was worse. If you notice any signs of an allergic reaction to something, make sure you limit your exposure immediately. If you or anyone you know has a severe allergy, make sure they wear an allergy bracelet, especially if it is an allergic reaction to a medication. Trust me, it will save their life or yours some day. Also, allergies are hereditary. My father and sister are allergic to many of the same things (excluding the antihistamines). If you have relatives with allergies you may want to find out what they are, because there is a higher probability you are allergic to the same thing.

After some extensive testing when I was a kid, they found only two things I am NOT allergic to....Tobacco & imported wine! lol Thankfully, most of the things I'm allergic to only slightly affect my resistance to colds & stuff! It's been a running joke in my family...I can have a cigarette & a glass of Chardonnay without worries! lmao

I'm allergic to nickel, an ingredient in hair dye that I can neither pronounce nor spell, and oddly enough, I'm allergic to gold!

I can only wear gold if it's 18 or 24 karats. Now, how much jewelry do you think I own!

My skin is hypersensitive to almost anything. I have to use everything hypoallergenic from shampoo to laundry detergent to skin cream.

I'm sorry yours is so serious, mine is only annoying.

I'm allergic to cats, grass, pollen, dust, and the season spring. With all the flowers and blooming, it's bad for me, I can't stop sneezing and rubbing my eyes.

My friend is allergic to peanut butter, I'd rather be allergic to that, then not be able to sit on the grass and smell the roses.

I'm allergic to sulfa which is an ingredient in several medications. When I was little, I was taking a med that contained sulfa for an ear infection. I broke out in hives, my temp shot way up, and I got really sick. My mom had to take me to the hospital in the middle of our Easter dinner.

I am not allergic to anything that I know of so far. I am not an extremely adventurous eater so there might be something that I haven't eaten yet that I am allergic to.
