Ok, I love this game. But what I absolutely cannot stand is how dark it is. I understand that shadows are a necessary part of the game. But I cannot see inside of hallways and corriders. Its getting me killed. For godsakes how am I supposed to defend the interior of a titan if I cannot see inside of it, wouldn't the builders of the thing installed more damn lighting!?

Well after much research I have discovered this is no in game ability to adjust the brightness of the game. Apparantly the only way to do so is to use a 3rd party app which will most likely be detected by punkbuster and get you booted

Go into your options>video settings
if there is no brightness setting there then adjust the brightness on your monitor, and your right, the game is awesome, and it's meant to be dark.

I have a monitor I found in the trash that someone threw out because it was dark. I have an app called powerstrip that controlls the brightness, gamma, etc. Don't know if it would get you booted though. I have newer games that will over ride it though and reset the standard brightness and messing with the in game sliders actually makes it darker.
