Make sure you see them open the ink. Used ink can give you aids. Most of them are ugly, why do you want one? Make sure they are licensed and inspected by the state.

Definitely NOT from "some guy you know". If you told us where you lived, that would be helpful. The safest place is at a licensed tattoo parlor. It might be a bit more expensive, but at least you won't get diseases from dirty needles. Not to mention the tatt will probably come out better.

the back of your neck......it hurts less and you practically fall assleep getting it
