Take an elevator to the top floor. That will lift you for sure. A few years ago I was feeling real down in the dumps. A lady saw me and said, "Cheer up, things could be worse. So I did, and she was right, things got worse. Hope this puts a smile on your face.

What I like to do when I am feeling down is to take a walk and think of all the things that make my life wonderful.

Watch America's Funniest Videos, or a really funny movie, like White Chicks. Always gets me up. Read some jokes here. Think to yourself the next time you see your family if they are far away, and picture yourself being with them and having a great time. Think about being with them soon. Call other people. Go out. Do something.

I really enjoy listening to music to help me feel better. Some upbeat songs help me like: Girlfriend and other fast, loud, catchy songs. Turn the music up loud, jam out, and you will be feeling better in no time.
Cheer up soon!!!!!
