Your eyelashes harbor a lot of hair mites and bacteria so you should be replacing your mascara at least every 3mos. I usually do so every month to keep it applying fresh and not make my eyes itch. Hope that helps.

I never go more than 6 months a tube no matter what the brand. If I have had a cold, or other localized infections. Like sinus, I get a new tube and throw the old tube out. I do the same with my tooth brush. As I feel the cold wind down ,the tooth brush goes in the trash and I buy another New brush!

Yes all the mascara is out of the tube and the stuff that was stuck to the bristles is coming off on your lashes and will soon run out.

You should throw it out usually after three months. Mascara is easily a breeding ground for bacteria.
You can also tell when the mascara on the brush clumps and it loses its lengthening/volumizing effect.

Generally you should replace your mascara every 3 months because bacteria forms in the tube.

Yeah, I think you should. But there is a posibility that the mascara is all dried up in side the tube and stuff... so just buy a new one.

You should get rid of any liquid makeup after 9 months of opening it. Whether it is liquid eyeliner, a mascara, lip gloss or any other liquid makeup.

You should replace it every three months at least. Or if the brush starts getting dry and clumpy before three months is up.
Yes, you should replace yours.
