Oakley lenses are a Plutonite compound and not just colored glass. They should never be cleaned with a Kleenex or any cloth other than the one provided.
Never use an alcohol based substance as it pits the lenses over time.
If the cloth isn't cleaning the lenses properly, purchase and ultrasonic cleaner with uses ultrasonic waves and water to effectively cleaned the lenses.
Dry them off with the provided Oakley cloth and not only will the lenses be cleaner, the frames will look like new.

if you have a photography store near you they should sell a negatives cloth. it's a really soft material that cleans negatives gently so it doesn't leave scractches.
if it can clean negatives efficiently it should definitely be able to clean oakley's.
