Yes. A brother and a sister. The area I live in is infested with drugs. Appallachian river town. I know of many people that shoot it or smoke it. My brother finally got away from it by leaving this area. My sister got endocarditis and had to have a new heart valve put in and a pacemaker. She is still in a nursing home since last July. Around this area, the "cookers" will cook it in someones house with kids in there. They dont care. Its so toxic and dangerous. I know it has really ruined alot of people in my family and ruined this town.

Never meth. But I have 2 brothers in law who are addicted to marijuana and 1 brother in law, one sister in law, a husband, and a mom who are addicted to cigarettes

EX HUSBAND! He went to prison for it. I have a couple friends who used it to lose weight and ended up addicted and had to go to rehab!I'm not going to lie I have tried it several times, it wasn't my cup of tea! It is sad how it gets into your life!
My ex boyfriend in high school his mom had a meth lab. It was crazy. She was a PTO mother, really sweet ,and her husband owned a couple businesses and was a deacon in church . It was really crazy. She said she started using because she could get a bunch of stuff done in a short time! Than one night my boyfriend called me and said the DEA just busted our door down and they arrested my mom for her meth lab she had in our guest room ! I would have never guessed she had one! The had a bunch of money she got probation and had to go to rehab!

Yes, co-workers' son. It wasn't a good situation. He went through several rounds of rehab & finally beat it, but it took a long time to break the addiction.

I know one guy but I haven't seen him in years. Apparently he and his friends went around the county ripping off thousands and thousands of dollars of stuff. They're in deep chit now.

not any friends, but i work in a prison, and you can easily tell who is in there for cooking meth. that stuff messed up your face and teeth and smarts.

Yes, several including myself. I have been off it for 10 yrs now but, it was a long & difficult battle! It can't be done without support but, you can't support them if they are still on it!

1. he went nuts and ripped his car apart cos he thought it was bugged. i think he's ok now but not completely sure.
its becoming a real problem down here in australia.
