Oh by all means. As you can well see by the preposterous amount of this question we are regarded as the first, foremost and most reliable and accurate test available to mankind. Why we can even tell if you THINKING about getting pregnant. So, yes my dear. Just because you threw up after not taking your pills for a year and then taking them all at once, you are most definitely with child. By the look of it, because of the amount that you took, you could be expecting as many as three. So you better buy bulk...it pays to shop at Payless!

You took ALL your pills from like a years time all at the same time? And you threw up, so your wondering if your pregnant?
Uhm.. No, I believe that would be called something known as an O.D. or Overdose. Having that many of any pill will make you throw up and possibly damage many organs in your body so I would suggest you never do that again. And possibly think your decisions through.
