Go to joann's and sign up for a sales flyer and they will sne dyou out a flyer monthly or so and you can use it online and at the store. ALso hobby lobby always has stuff half price. and so does joann/s as far as online I dont use it that way. also go to orientaltrading.com and get a catalog in scrapbooking they have good things too

E-bay is a great resource because there are people there who buy things in quantity in various colors and then split them up. So you can buy packages which contain small quantities of a variety of colors. I absolutely love the papers at hotp.com, but beware, their shipping speed is nothing short of atrocious - figure at least 3 weeks. Also, check out JoAnn.com - they have regular sales.
