Are you sure you're eating enough, and eating properly? Your body needs extra calories right now. Remember, you ARE feeding yourself and your fetus. Do NOT go without food for more than 3 or 4 hours at a time, even if it's just a small meal. Sometimes, several small meals are better than 3 large ones.
At this stage in your pregnancy, I'm assuming you're probably seeing the OB every 4 weeks. Call your dr. ASAP and let him know what is going on and how you feel.

At first glance it sounds like it might be a blood sugar thing (either high or low, since they occasionally have similar symptoms), however the best way to know for sure is to talk to your doctor, especiallly if your symptoms continue for more than a couple days. High blood sugar (diabetes) or blood pressure (preeclampsia) can be dangerous for you and your baby. Try drinking some juice and it might help the symptoms in the mean time. If your sugar is too low, it should help, if it is too high, it is not enough to cause things to get worse. I would give you doctor a call and explain your symptoms in detail. You may also want to take note how you feel after eating, etc. which may help your doctor pinpoint the problem.
Hope you start feeling better soon!

When is the last time you saw your doctor, and have you discussed this with him/her? This is not a forum for solving problems like this that can be serious. Why would you risk your babies health waiting?
If you have low blood sugar, this can definitely have an impact on the appropriate growth and nourishment of your unborn baby. If you have overly low blood pressure, this may also impact your baby. It could be many things. Call your doctor, get an appointment asap, and get in there to talk w/him or her about it. We can all give you basic advice, but something like this requires a medical expert and quickly.

Sounds like my symptoms when i was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. You should have this checked as soon as possible. I got to the point that I was passing out. Tell the doc you want blood tests done. When I got pregnant again, they kept a regular check on my sugar levels.

You might want to have your blood pressure checked. Every pregnancy is different, and this could just be your body's weird way of reacting, but you could also be experiencing high blood pressure, or even just a fluxuation in your blood sugar. Your doctor can let you know if anything is wrong.

Im 16 weeks pregnant and i have been experencing the same things. I think it may be how were eating or the stress levels were experiencing. Also it could be low blood sugar. I am trying to figure it out too but i assume its just one of those many pregnancy things we just have to go through.

tell your doc I agree with first responsder....it could be the heat...it could be your sugar level is off...or maybe you chemistries in your blood level...like iron potassium....try drinking Gatorade for that...but not too much a day...like one bottle...too much of that stuff isn't good for ya...you could be dehydrated...and then again I hate to say it but I've had 2 friends and a cousin who were VERY sick throughout their pregnancies...like hospitalized....one friend had to take a pill they give cancer patients when they go for chemo to help stop the nausea.....are you eating properly ? i mean you are now eating for 2 and your body is so busy doing double time trying to grow a little baby in you....get checked out...

probably should speak to your doctor, until then i would suggest you stay hydrated with lots of fluid, dehydration can cause dizzy spells and nausea, if that does not help try eating something high in protein, eggs, peanut butter, or protein boost drinks, like ensure.

My first reaction would be that you should get your blood sugar tested. they will probably be doing this soon anyway, but maybe your dr. will want to order the tests early, given your problems.
