I agree with Bar...Just do it! Once you get into it you will be into it! Sex with the right person is FABULOUS! Go get some sexy nighties and some candles and while he is at work, run yourself a bath and prepare yourself. Make sure you smell good and feel good about yourself. Light candles in your room, put on a sexy nightie and wait for him.

Also, here's a good website for ideas...

well, if you are not interested in having sex with your husband, why the h*ll did you marry him...what were you thinking,.what were you doing before getting married, did you have sex then but not interested after marriage? and only after one year? were you pretending that you liked it, were you trying to trap him and now that you did, the true colors came out?....what a dissapointment that must be for the poor guy... go see a counsellor if it's something psychological...gosh, no wonder SOME men cheat! they feel cheated first I guess.

Men and women think differently about sex. For them it's more action, more often, more physical. For women it's about feeling connected and cherished; and a woman who does not feel comfortable will not feel like sharing her body.

Perhaps you could go to therapy or counseling, to find out why you are feeling this way. If you love your husband and really want things to change, then you have to work on the issues that are paralyzing you.

Then try talking to him and explaining how you feel....Hopefully, he will listen and try to understand your fears or whatever it is that is bothering you.

You could also go to your doctor and see if you are OK physically. Sometimes our hormones are not in the right levels, and that can make your libido waver.
Good luck!

What, only a year. Is there physical problem? I have been married for 24 and I enjoy having sex with my wife. If there anything you have on your mind, just let thing flow and happen. Don' t think about it let just happen.Put work aside ,family and friends just concentrate on your husband. See what happens. Spice up your life and his. Be spontaneous and go for it.

try talking to your husband about your problem. If he isn't open to talk, try talking to a professional. Try to play out some of your fantasies. Maybe your hormones are inbalanced have a doc check them out. Try going to your local sex shop, buy some sexy under clothing. Watch porno with your husband or watch it yourself. Sounds crazy, but i lived the same nightmare for the first year of marriage, to find out that i had a major hormone imbalance from a medication i was taking. I finally after 2 yrs of marriage just got my sex drive back.

You have to teach him to be the kind of partner that you want and learn to be the kind he wants. Trade. Make him "romance" you. Good love making is a learned art. One doesn't just "fall" into it. Most likely you need more foreplay... more touching... less shoving.
