I tell ya..Hollywood is getting Hollywierd with Paris and the actor from Prison Break..and even Brandy!!! But, seems Lindsay doesn't seem to care she could of killed someone in the accident she caused. She fled the accident. She was drinking and doing drugs at the time.
All of those incidents will get you jailtime and a suspended license as well...unless she goes to rehab.
Plus, she drinks....she is underage! She does cocaine and other drugs. Her life is out of control. Obviously her mother is a horrible role model. Somebody needs to smack Lindsay in the face and give her a dose of reality.
Plus, a few days in jail for disrespecting the laws.

I agree....but I think this B*tch needs a little more than a few days in jail she breaks laws daily with her crack addict alcoholic ways! The "justice" system is waaaaaay to slack on celebrities...you know if it was just some normal person off the street that pulled that runnin away from the scene of the accident crap as well as being under the influence...we would get punished ALOT harsher than anything they are gonna do to her!

I think she should be punished and treated the same as every other citizen here in America they need to give her at least a one or two year sentence in prison and when released she should have a least five years on probation I also think the judge should make her do some kind of rehab treatment and random drugtesting and if she messed up again I think they should pull all her probation and make her serve the remaining time she had left in prison or rehab center and she should be charged a huge fine since she has the money anyway.

I think every single one of them should be in jail. Why should they get special treatment from the law? Just because they are rich there is an acception? It makes our country look even worse then it has been latley with Actors in congress and Women for presidents. Whats goin on here?

First of all..alot of people drink underage & do drugs. Don't forget about that. If you are caught with drugs, not matter if your a celeb or not, you should still be punished. Especially since she fled, she needs to go to jail. Stars shoudln't get special treatment because their famous.

She deserves to go to jail. If it's not what she just did, then she has definitely done something worse in the past that she did not pay for. Celebrities are real people who deserve real punishment.
