If someone was raped according to the definition of Rape by the law, should she still report it even though she consented afterward to not be a rape victim?

There are some states that say a guy or girl can say no at anytime during sex, if the other person does not stop it's rape.

If you said no it is rape, did really mean no? how can you consent afterward not to be a rape victim. You either agreed or you didn't. Report it if you really meant no, if it was forced.

Sexual contact without prior consent is rape under most legal definitions. You cannot give consent after the fact.

She should file a police report and seek medical assistance immediately. Decision regarding pressing charges and lawsuits can be made later, but time is of the essence for initial fact gathering.

By the way you phrased the question, I'm assuming it was a , "No. Don't. Stop. No, don't stop." moment. That is not rape. That's called mixed signals. Otherwise, she enjoyed being raped. She needs to get her head together before she gets herself into any more compromising situations.
