I've heard hiring Devil's Advocates is God's X-mas wish this year - let's see if Santa can deliver.

Clearly, it's Santa.
He needs his lawyers to keep the elves from forming a union. Just imagine the ensuing pandemonium if elves demanded paid time off for Christmas.
Haven't you ever heard the famous holiday song "Winston R. Hornby III, the Red Tape Lawyer"?
God does not need lawyers.
Unlike Santa, he does not deal directly with Man. Cry "injustice" until you are hoarse.
God won't answer your summons.

God is not a lawyer or does he have lawyers but rather God is the judge. The final say so.
As to Santa or Satan, he has already lost the the court battle.
Jesus is the superior. He is the son of Almighty God The Father. The Family of Elohiem. Mighty Ones. Hebrew trans.
God is simply a Family.

I don't think God allows lawyers through the Pearly Gates. Santa only needs the elves and reindeer. He's in and out of people's homes so fast no one has ever caught him, and thus he's never been arrested. Although I do hear one law firm in Cleveland is looking to serve him with a warrant because he left coal dust all over their office.
Merry Christmas.
Oh, yes, my answer is neither has any.

God has no lawyers. So my vote goes to Santa. God has no lawyers because, well, you know why. God does however have a butt load of Ombudsman, or ombudsmen whichever, to settle all those wrongfull-punishment cases he has.

Both have none.
For since proof denies faith and without faith both are nothing, with lawyers to prove their existance, they would disappear in a puff of logic.
