I am a registered democrat: I wish they would develop a spine though. We keep taking hits from the Republicans. As long as the Rep are willing to hit below the belt then we should be to
Just think how different the 2004 elections would have been if when the attack aids against Kerry's war record had come out if he had called the press and said follow me then driven to the house of the person in the ads and knocked on the door and said "Hi I am John Kerry and I understand you have a problem with my war record?"
Or if when Bill Clinton was under attack instead of lieing to the American People he had gotten on TV and said "I cheated on my wife like all men who do that I am an idiot. I lied under oath about it because well let's face what man wouldn't. I know that Rep Ginrich isn;t telling his wife up his affair. We all lie about. It does not mean I am a bad President it means I am a bad husband but I love my wife and we are going to try to fix our family"
Even now we keep taking hits. John Edwards seems to be the most recent target He should pop up on some show that Ann Coutler is on and say "Ann, while there are many gay Americans I am not one of them you ugly undersexed *****"

Here's that perception thing again.
Yeah, there's plenty of liberals here. There's plenty of conservatives, too. But which one's do you notice? The ones that annoy you.
(Republicans and Democrats both tend to annoy me.)

I am a registered Democrat. It does not mean that I only vote Democrat though. I vote for the person that I think will be best for the office that they are running for.

I am. Always have been, and, always will be. I am constantly amazed by people who don't have squat, who are republicans.
I don't have squat, but at least, I have the good sense to be a democrat.
People, please, study the issues.
