at first i thought martin, , i rod & ausmas
the official stats say this about caught stealing from these catchers :
martin (19)
paulina (pitts) 16
david ross ( 11)
v. martinex ( 9)
i rod (8)
ausmas(7)

the worse for the record ( means stolen bases given up by catchers)
bard (sd) successs steals of ( 36)( only 4 caught stealing)
& pasada ( yanks ) suceess of (39) with ( 9) caught stealing

also, it does depend on how good of job the pitchers hold the runners on, & how good their move is as well !
hope this helps!

Below are the stats from the last 3 years on % of runners caught stealing. Based on this I'd say Molina is the best.

2007:
Y. Molina 57% (8 of 14) the low number of attempts also shows how respected he is
D. Ross 48% (11 of 23)
R. Paulino 46% (16 of 35)
Martin 6th, Ausmus 8th, Pudge 9th

2006:
Pudge 51% (26 of 51)
Molina 44% (29 of 66)
R. Hernandez 43% (42 of 97)
Martin 10th, Ausmus 15th

2005:
Molina 64% (25 of 39)
Pudge 52% (35 of 68)
Mauer 43% (23 of 54)
Ausmus 10th

Ivan Rodriguez is probably the hardest. He has that awesome pick off move to first. AJ Pierzinski is the easiest to run on. He has thrown out 2 of 25 this season (yes that is a whopping 8%).

When Pudge was in his prime...throwing runners out from the crouch position...that is a deadly arm...It makes me wonder how Ricky Henderson would do is his prime Vs. Pudge in his prime...
