n when i sttart it up n the copaqs window go on it turn black n it say NTLDE IS MISSING WHAT DO THAT MEAN

It means you are not very good at transcribing error messages.
It probably means you have either left a floppy disk in a drive or windows has gotten corrupted on your hard disk.

ntldr = new technology loader file this is from a corrupt or bad install to fix this? simple go to link below and get the appropriate startup/ boot disks to correct the loader issue ~CHEERS~

dont worry son I have a Compaq Presario computer too everyday it gives me erros and virus crap but I still was able to fix it.
