ok so my sis tried to download a song from the net and a tune of viruses got on and then it is slow and truns off by it self when i do a scan and then i did a system restore and now it is slow what should i do!! did i get ride of the vuires

it usually ads, trojan, spyware.
get adware se personal, spybot search and destroy, and do a virus scan (avg free virus program if you dont have one.
run safe mode to do the scan.
