Er...I guess it depends on if you took Biology yet, I took Biology as a Freshman so I moved on to Chemistry for the science class...
Sophomore English
U.S. History
Biology or Chemistry
Geometry or Algebra II (depending on which one you took during freshman year if either)
Those are just required classes probably, um, I guess it depends on your school.
My school goes on the Block Scheduling so we have 8 slots available, with a different schedule each semester, with rotating classes for electives (A and B days, respectively).
If you're going by the 6-7 class scheduling, I'd opt for required electives for graduation so you don't weigh yourself down with too much work.
If you're on the block scheduling too, you can double up with language classes and whichever other class you'd like to take...(a lot of my peers doubled up and took Chemistry first semester because they had Biology the previous year, so they took Physics second semester...personally I think that's only okay if you have some electives to balance out your schedule or you're just pressed for time for balancing the different classes and having a LIFE).

You should have gotten a schedule by now. Since all school districts are different, it's probably impossible for someone not in your district to answer this question. It also depends on whether or not you are in an honors track. The best thing you can do is call your district office and speak with them.

i took Algebra 2 and geometry, Economy& geography, biology 1, precollege english 2, spanish 4, during my sophmore year. that's pretty much the schedule in northern kentucky schools. two math classes helped me to take advanced precalculus and then calculus. you get to learn more as a 10th grader, meet new teachers, and get involved more in school activites.
