I would say burning flesh--if you've been awake during any cauterization (sealing flesh by burning) it's STINKY in a distinctly bad way.
OH-someone above mentioned children/burritos--so true!!
NOTHING quite matches the smell of a daycare/kindergarten right after lunch----flatu-rama!

Aged roadkill.
I accidentally ran over a very aged roadkill once. It took weeks and several carwashes to get the stench out.

Try having long hair and leaning your head back against your friends lit cigarette! Yea embarrassing and then even worst when the laughter dies down and the smell comes around.
