Just about. If you go back into the archives of old newspapers you will read and see things worse than now. A cartoonist by the name of Nast just outright mean and nasty toward all politicians. He really had axes to grind. If you go back further to Lincoln's term in office it's disgraceful. They called him a monkey and a baboon as one example. And the cartoons are almost subversive.

Yes, Bush is an idiot, Clinton was a sexist idiot, Bush Sr was a wimp, Reagan was senile, Carter was a simpleton, Ford was a clumsy imposter, Nixon a shady crook...The Media take every aspect of any politician and blow it all out of proportion because they control what most people think.

You know how that goes, there are people that just like to blame some one else for everything, and yes, all President's get made fun of. Like for instance, if a man is to stupid to know he was having sex with that woman, he has no business being President.

He makes so many verbal mistakes when he speaks it almost feels like your listening to a comedian. I don't recall a President that has been made fun of more than Mr Bush. I believe that deep inside he knows that he has made a lot of mistakes and listened to some wrong advice.

Yes, Ford got ribbed all the time for being a clumsy oaf when in truth he was a major athlete, They called Ronald Reagan a blithering idiot. The press never had anything nice to say about Reagan.

Sometimes it's simply free speech.
Sometimes it's sedition.
Sedition is no longer illegal. It is still contemptible.
It was done to Former President Clinton. It's being done to President Bush.
Face it down every time. I do. I'm a democrat, second, a patriot, first.
What are you, folks?

I do appreciate Obama a similar way I did with Bush, McCain and Palin. If Obama does something inexcusably stupid and risky to this great united states, i'll attack him for it. of direction, i do no longer anticipate him to try this, yet whilst he does something like the three you pronounced that could deserve disrespect, i'm going to coach it.

every President is under a lot of heat. Bush is particularly easy because he is utterly embarrassing with his lack of grace and public speaking skills plus the fact 75% or so of the country aren't happy with the job he is doing for one reason or another.
for me he is easy because i think it's too obvious he is a rube acting on behalf of his daddy's rich buddies in the oil industry.
