A BLUE MOON IS THE SECOND FULL MONTH IN A SINGLE MONTH!!!! IT HAPPENS ABOUT ONCE EVERY 2 1/2 YEARS! YES, IT IS TONIGHT!!!! (THE MOON IS NOT ACTUALLY BLUE!)

It is the second full moon this month. that happens rarely. Thus the saying once in a Blue moon. Yes, it is tonight.

I only know the term ONCE IN A BLUE MOON which is just like when pigs fly.
