To actually study, what I usually do is this:

read my study notes over a bunch of times. A pass or two to get the overview. Another few to try to get ideas down.
do all of the old assignments over. Refer to the model solutions when checking your work.
now that you know what it is that you don't know, re-read your study notes and commit as much of the stuff to memory as possible. Flesh out your ideas and understanding. Memorize what you can't understand.
do old midterms/exams. These are a last check to see what you still don't know.
work on filling in the last few details that you still don't know (based on the results for step 4).
make a few more passes of the study notes before the exam. This time, try to predict what is in the next paragraph/page.

Cramming a whole year or even half a year into a few days is impossible... divide your finals up and focus on some each day

for example: science and honors algebra 1 one day
career orientation and history one day
english one day

-leave the hardest to study by itself...

then unless your taking all your finals in one day the last day before your first final completely review what you have for the next day and same until your finals are over!

good luck on studying and passing!

Final exams test what you have learned throughout the entire school year. It is impossible to cram for 5 courses in a few days. If you haven't studied at all this year, it's much too late now. If you have been studying, you probably know more than you think. Take your most difficult subject and concentrate on it, preferably with a classmate. Good luck!

have a 20-minute break every two-hours of studying. it'll help clear your mind, but still keep you on task. it's been said that if you press your tongue against the roof of your mouth it helps keep you focused during the test, or having a piece of candy in your mouth. plan out your studying sessions. know WHAT you're gonna study and at what time. remember, if you fail to plan, you plan to fail! GOOD LUCK. i have finals next week too.

K what you do is you take all of your old tests and notes from the year and a study guide that your teacher might have given you and go over them. you could probably spend an hour on each subject each day and spend 15 minutes on each subject right before you go to bed. It help you remember better. and don't worry you are not the only one in this position. =)

I wish I knew how to do it for you...
All I can say is browse over the chapters you studied.
Take anything you feel you don't understand and think of the answers as a song.
It's a lot easier to remember that way for some people.

I wish you luck.

Good luck.
