Ok so tday my brother brought home his phone and he said he dropped it early. The screen is now white with black things that look like cracks...yet it appears on the screen but it isn't physically cracked....the phone still works and all..but the screen doesn't..its just white and appears to be visually cracked but not physically cracked..what should I do?

Your cell company has a 15 day guarantee and will replace
if not you have the free unit replacment. they will send you a new phone in the mail and you have to send the other back.
pre paid label. but do it in the time frame so no cost to you.
ext cell phone employee. some people did not return in time and got hit with bill for the phone. $200 plus at times.
