Depends on the help you are seeking. I think you would qualify for Medicaid, as the income/family size is different for other help, but don't know for sure. Call Social Services in your county to find out.

Making almost 3000 dollar a month, you are PROBABLY above the poverty level in almost all states, which make you ineligible for public assistance.

The only thing you can do to be sure is to contact social services in your state.
