What you've got here is a friendship.

Are you getting ANY indications of interest that MIGHT indicate she wants more?

Does she touch your arm?
Does she smile a lot?
Does she bump into you on purpose?
Does she lean in real close?

If you haven't been friends for too long, you might be able to pull it off. Or if you're old enough to involve alcohol - then you might be able to make the leap out of friendship... But probably what you'll get is "I don't want to lose the friendship" and she'd be right - how many women have you married? and how many have you broke up with?

What you need to do is attract her. Tell her you're really tight and ask her to massage out a cramp. Then tell her she's doing it all wrong a few times, then show her. Tell her to lie down, and massage her legs. Make sure she enjoys it. Then, walk up to her face and kiss her cheek, and stay very close to her face. If she closes her eyes again, put your hand on the side of her face and kiss her lips, if she recoils - abort. If she just stares, come closer and pause, then closer, and pause, then real close - and if she doesn't close her eyes, tell her to. If she does - kiss her. If she does anything else, you can pass it off as totally innocent amoung friends.

That's how you go for it, but look like you're not - you took a shot, but you can always pretend it was nothing.
