The grand prix so far has been a good car to own. They get better each year as most gm cars do.Sounds like a good price.Dont let the mileage scare you i have seen the grand prixs run till the owner get tired and wants a different car.

I had a 91 Grand Prix.. when I sold her 4 years ago she had a little over 130,000 miles on her. She was still running good, and I still see her running around town every now and then so the new owner must not be having that many problems either. For $1000 it should be a good car, and mileage now a days is not such a good indicator of a cars worth as much as it used to be. Back in the day when a vehicle would hit 100,000 it was time to get rid of it. I had a 79 Ford with over 200,000 on it and it's still running strong, and my aunt had a station wagon with over 250,000 on it. It all depends on the car, who you're buying it from, and how well they took care of it.

I have 2 1994 Grand Prix's both of which have over 150k miles on them.

Have the car checked by your own qualified mechanic. $1000 for a running driving car is not a bad price and the mileage is not bad for the year!

ought to it have been a 6000? maximum have been front force, yet an all wheel force replaced into presented. the colour scheme effective sounds greater like a 6000 than a GP. additionally the Bonneville replaced into presented as a coupe until the early 80's.

do a nationwide search on autotrader.com for your car. see what it is going for. i bet there are a boatload of them. if u really want to buy this car, take it to mechanic and spend the 75 bucks to have it looked at. nothing is worse than finding out u just dropped 1000 on a car with no transmission and have to spend another 1500. also, u might want to try for a slightly newer car with airbags and/or abs. good luck.

its always a gamble when you get a car with that many miles. 1g isnt bad but try to knock the price down one or two hundred.

nice car, but try not to pay too much over 850, and the price really depends on if its payments or cash, btw....i would not take the kia suggestion

i agree with the first guy.. trust me it not worth $1000, i bet you it would break down the moment you drive off with it. your better off putting that $1000 as a down payment on a kia or hyundai.
