I luv that video. The little girl, Pearl is his friends daughter (the guy who's reading the magazine in the beginning of the video). I think i heard somewhere that they are going to make another episode. At least that's what i'm hoping. There are other videos with will ferrell but they dont have anything to do with Pearl or the landlord.

Its funny as heck but I wouldnt want my kid talking like that even for a gag. My kids say a curse word and its corner time. lol My mom used soap in the mouth so mine can count themselves lucky. That stuff was gross.

I don't know but that has to be the cutest video I've ever seen. I hope he does more of them.

It is very funny. I first saw it about a month ago. The little girl is his buddie's kid.
