the largest comeback in NFL history is Buffalo coming back on the Houston Oilers when Houston had 35 to 3 lead in the wild card playoffs and the Buffalo rallied around and scored 35 points in the second half of the game to win it 38-35...which lead the Bills to their third Superbowl out of 4.

January 3, 1993. The Bills were down 35-3 early in the third quarter in the AFC Wild Card playoff game at Rich Stadium at Orchard Park, NY. Their no-huddle offense scored five unanswered TD's (all on drives of around 50 yards) to take a 38-35 lead. Houston kicked a late FG to send the game into OT tied at 38. Steve Christie kicked an OT field goal and as announcer Van Miller said, "The Bills have won it! The Bills have won it! It's pandemonium! It's fan-tastic!!"
The Bills then went on to win in the second round at top-seeded Pittsburgh and then at my Miami Dolphins (sigh) in the AFC Championship, only to lose their third out of four straight Super Bowls.
(Quick sidenote) The game was blacked out on NBC in my area, so I watched a basketball game on CBS (who then carried the NFC). They cut into the game when it was 35-3 and never showed the score until the NFL Today came on and showed the score 38-35 Bills. Just about fell out of my chair.

It is impossible to answer this because there is so many different scenarios of come-backs in NFL history that are incomparable to each other.
Joe Namath's comeback in Superbowl 3 is probably considered the best.
