When i put air in my tire it comes back out, between the tire and rim. The rim does not appear to be bent at all. Do i need to have the tire re-balanced?

You drove on a flat tire until the tire bead separated from the rim. There is no seal between the tire and rim now which is why the air comes out as fast as you can put it in. Usually by that point the tire is ruined so you probably need a new tire.

did it go completely flat? sounds like the bead isn't seated. look and see if you see more space between the tire and rim where it's leaking. if you're not sure where it's leaking pour some soapy water on it and you'll see it bubble. if nothing else just take it to a tire place and they'll check it out for you.

needless to say you have a leak. Ran over a nail? Leaking around bead and rim? and so on. Do you think of that this is going to restoration itself? carry the automobile to a community tire keep. maximum probable that's in many circumstances repaired.

take it to the shop and they will break it down and clean the bead and use some black sealer around the rim bead, probably whats wrong is the rim bead is crusty and needs a wire brush used on it.
