Baisically what is the best tire for street racing cause i think i need tractrion front wheel drive i want it when i push gas i go not wait like 2 seconds then go but i do need new tires so i want some good ones

A few street tires are actually going to help. You need to learn what rpm your tires will break loose at and learn to feather the throttle to keep max HP to the ground before your tires break loose

I thought a Pontiac Grand Prix GT was a rear-wheel drive. And, what are you doing street racing?

FWD? Park it. It ain't for racing. If you study Newton's law of motion you will understand.
You need rear wheel drive.
You just can't put bigger tires on the front, because you would not be able to steer, or more weight on the front - for the same reason.
Pulling a car(FWD) takes less energy than pushing it(RWD).
Remember when you pushed your brother (or sister) in the wagon when you were a kid? Hard work. It was much easier to pull them.

what year is it all the grand prixes i know of have rear drive that is why your tires are locking up before you move
