UKRAINE - *Passport required. Visa not required for tourist/business/private stay of up to 90 days. U.S. citizens who enter Ukraine seeking employment, permanent residency, or to study require a visa. For stays longer than 90 days visa requires 1 application form, a valid passport, and 1 recent photo. Minors require a joint notarized written request from both parents. Based on the type of visa, the visa fee varies from$10 to $130 and payable by money order only. Transit visa requires onward/return ticket. Valid medical/health insurance is required. It depends on your length of stay and the reason for your visit:

Up to 90 days - NO

More than 90 days - YES

Going to look for work, to study at a university, or to become a permanent resident - YES


If you do need a visa, the fees vary (because there are different types of visas - employment, education, residency, etc)

the US Embassy in Ukraine state that: "U.S. voters are exempt from the requirement to have a Ukrainian visa as long by using fact the era of their stay in Ukraine does not exceed ninety days and the purpose of their return and forth is tourism". The Ukrainian Embassy interior the US states: "the US voters do no longer want a visa to head into Ukraine if the era of their stay does not exceed ninety days"

No, the Ukraine does not accept Visa....only Master Card.
