Nothing.

Absolutely nothing. Everything that you think you know, however certain you are, has a chance albeit at slight one, of being wrong. You think the sun will rise tomorrow... there might be an astronomical catastrophe and all life on planet ends... you are sure of Newtonian physics and quantum mechanics happens. Everything we profess to "know" is merely theory based on the best available knowledge and expirience - "all we can do is search for the falsity content of our best theory" as Karl Popper put it. For the most part we accept the best approximation of the facts - the sun has risen every morning for millenia, so we assume that tomorrow it will do so again. This works for routine questions and is, for all intents and purposes, practically correct. Where this principle falls down however, is on the big questions. Questions not reasonably answered by science. This is where philosophy comes in. What can we know? Is there a God?
Sure means certain; 100% and we can never truly reach this perfect clarity.
We are left to endlessly wonder.

I know for sure that..., even in the 21st century..., angels exist. I see them everyday. Sometimes I see a man with kids give a destitute some money for food. Sometimes I see someone talking to a lonely person at school. Sometimes I see a teenager playing with a their little siblings. Y'know...it kinda makes me wonder. Have the angels really left this world? Maybe they have, but surely, pieces of their hearts fell upon some individual humans in this world. I am sure.
