Since when has any democrat had the intestinal fortitude to stand up for what they believe and not what the polls tell them to believe?

They didn't lie to anyone, they tried as hard as they could, but the damn Republicans instead of having up and down vote , they made it have to be 60/40 voted , there wasn't the votes there. We can't make those crazy on geizers vote for anything ,except some old rum dum stuff that doesn't matter.
But, you know what after the election in the Senate and House, all those old fools will be given a rest because the Democrats will rule both the House and Senate. You sat there knowing that the war is wrong , but yet you'll take up for
old Bush, can't you understand that we are the most hated country in the world and your stupid President is the most hated leader in the world. How did that get there, I'll tell you why you a got a bunch nit wits in the White House, but you better enjoy it while you can , cause they are going to be long gone in 2008. You whine about Clinton , he was a great President , he'll be back in 2008. You might want to get your Republicans as*** bombed but I don't want to die. Bush keeps messing with these other countries especially Russia , the countries are going to get together and we will be no more. How can you think that old crazy Bush is going to be allowed to continue trying to rule these countries, they are sick of him. I am so sick of him and his smart smirky a**and I will not be killed because of a Hitler ruling America. He is the worst enemy you have right at this time, wake up before it's to late

No guts, no glory. They're just as power hungry as the Republicans they were so quick to point an accusing finger towards. Perhaps the truth is, they suddenly realize that with power comes responsibility. Perhaps they now see the bigger picture. Naw... They're just in it for the money.

Maybe because someone actually got them to consider what would happen if we left without leaving the people better off than when we toppled Saddam.
Why don't then One's with the superior intellect offer thought out solutions for us dumb conservatives to consider. Are you too worried that we might claim credit for your brilliance?

yes they did. just like when it comes to defending our country they are little cowards.
they are to scared to cut the funds for the war because most of the country knows they are weak on security and that would make them look even weaker.

This is what I wrote to U.S. Representative Carol Shea-Porter
District 1 (D) NH, who voted for the funding! She was just elected BECAUSE SHE WAS AGAINST THE WAR!
I wish my Congressman was Paul Hodes, the you keep sending as he voted no. Carol Shea-Porter, since I moved to Manchester is, and she voted for the blank check! This is what I sent her!
I am stunned!
You, of all people, voted to give Bush a blank check: More corporate welfare, more body bags!
I am so disappointed Carol that I am going to vote against you when you run again, as your vote reflects just the opposite of WHY YOU WERE ELECTED!
I just can't believe it! I am in total shock that you went to the other side so soon!
These are those that have been killed since 10 May! And, thanks to your vote, even though the commanding general in Iraq says there is no military victory to be had, they are going to continue!
