Maturity takes time, patience, and practice. It should come to you naturally. But if you want to start early, try these things. First change your beliefs and how you view life. Be modest, humble, and have humility. Be accepting of others and yourself, and remember that we are not perfect. Remember this important idea: everything in life happens for a reason. Just because something seem stupid/senseless doesn't mean it is. It just seem so because we don't fully understand it. Be the type of man who live to help others and serve his community. Be responsible for your action and not blame things or others. Be genuine and sincere. Do not pretend to be something that you're not; most kids around your age have this problem. Find out what your strength/weakness are. Build your identity on your strength and minimize your weakness. Best of luck

You can pay attention in class, not fool around, not tell stupid jokes with sexual overtones, be polite to teachers and classmates, and TAKE LOTS OF SHOWERS.
