I see that I have different opinions than everyone else lol.
Mascara: worst by far is Loreal! Best is Covergirl, black, curved brush in the blue tube.
Eye Liner: I like sephora's brand and they are under $5!
Concealer: definitley MAX Factor
Hope this helps!

For a beginner i wouldn't likely recommend utilising all severe end products. i think of you ought to take time to get used to makeup, what it could do, what you desire, and what you certainly desire a product to do for you formerly you commence throwing the large greenbacks obtainable. Eyeliner: NYC or moist n Wild (they artwork properly and that they are approximately $a million) Eye shadow: L'Oreal (they have have been given single eyeshadows for style of $3-4 and that they artwork somewhat properly) Mascara: Rimmel (for a drugstore style they have have been given some somewhat good ones) Toner: relies upon on what you desire yet i take advantage of clean and clean Concealer: i'm nonetheless on the seek for a large concealer, yet i've got used L'Oreal genuine experience and it wasn't undesirable beginning place: conceal woman (if your avatar is a mirrored image of what your skin tone is like, then i'd say decide for the conceal woman Queen sequence in case you will locate it. maximum drugstore manufacturers do no longer likely cater all that properly to darker skin tones and it is somewhat no longer uncomplicated to locate the main appropriate one for you, however the conceal woman Queen sequence makes a speciality of darker skin) wish that facilitates! good luck!

1] Physicians Formula eyeliner pencil - easy to apply, self sharpening. [ I believe L'oreal and Cover Girl make one also ]
2] Erase concealer by Max Factor [ I've heard Derma Blend concealer is good for tough spots ]
3] I like: L'Oreal mascaras, especially Lash Out, and Lash Architect
All of these are available at drug stores, WalMart, and Target.

2) concealer - Clinique is my favorite
3) eyeliner - haven't found a great pencil one yet

Mark, they have good products at good prices, them and you could try physican's formula, they are very good stuff also. I don't recommend cover girl, that stuff is nasty, every time I try using it, I break out and it just doesn't look good.
