We all have those moments.. when we just want to run away. What do you do when you are really upset with life or people?
I either run or listen to music or do both at the same time! What about you?

I don't purposely exercise, but since I was a kid I always ran when I was frustrated. It has nothing to do with burning calories, I just happen to like running.

I forgot to mention I play footie in my yard! I do that, I just listen to my ipod and play.. and you're right, sports make people happier (haha) and they make their anger go out, it's why I always played as a kid, lol. I had anger issues.

how about listen to music and play footie!! i havent tried it yet but it would be interesting to blast an ipod while playing like cristiano ronaldo.
I just play a sport (either footie or tennis). Its proven to be effective in increasing different neurotransmitter levels in which low levels of are associated with frustration, anger, anxiety, etc. Thus by exercising you can effectively deal with being upset with people without getting angry at them. Its great isnt it? Dont run too much.. or else I will have to contact Portugal's women football federation and tell them to give Bela a trial!

There are many ways to cope with stress to get away from it all...Go to a quiet place and relax, take a bubble bath, read a book or magazine, listen to music, watch tv, go for a walk, let it out to a close relative or friend. Anything along those lines will help with stress. Doing anything that makes you feel happy and relaxed. Good luck!

I go away to a secluded place with only nature around and just watch the sky, trees, birds. Then I close my eyes and remember the good moments of my past. When I calm down I return back. If am agitated I go to some garden restaurant and go for a chilled beer. It helps.

hmm for me i like to go up to my room, SLAM the door and listen to some music....i read a magizine and just chill out for a little while to calm myself down. this happens A LOT cause im really stressed out lately with a change in jobs and graduating from school. anyway, thats what i do!!!
PS awesome idea to exsercise, i always think i should, why not burn calories while getting rid of frustration??!?!

I like cuddling up in my dad's office in my basement when no one else is in there. I lock the door and just sit and, if the situation calls for it, cry, and often write stories, read, or play piano, because I can absorb myself in those things and not have to think about the world, if only for those few moments.

running or listening to music sound good. I lock myself in the bathroom, or shut myself in my bedroom, and cry until I'm sick of crying. And I write about it in my journal. And I pray. If I want to feel better afterwards, or distract myself, then I might listen to music.

i either run, listen to mousic or read. i try my best tp stay away from people when im mad, they just get me more frustrated.
sometimes ill play tennis with my friend when im mad too.
