I absolutely love jazz and anything a saxophonist plays is sexy to me like these guys:
1.Dave Koz
2.Steve Cole
3.Rick Braun
4.Boney James
5.Richard Elliot
6.David Sanborn
7.Kirk Whalum
8.Jeff Golub
9.Tim Bowman
10.Gerald Albright
11.Kenny G.
I just went to Target and found some wonderful jazz sounds. The CD is on the rack that has all these relaxation tunes. The one that I liked the most is called ‘Elegant Jazz’ I think you’ll love that

For the last time, Kenny G. should never be classified as jazz. He's Contemporary. If you don't improv your not jazz. Just because you play the saxophone doesn't mean you play jazz. I'm not even going to say anything about the Christina Agulara answer. If you want a real, sexy JAZZ song I would go with "My One and Only Love" with John Coltrane(a real jazz saxophonist) and Johny Hartman on vocals. Anything on the "Coltrane for Lovers" album would work.

Not exactly a jazz singer, but Dusty Springfield singing Michel LeBlanc's "What Are You Doing The Rest of Your Life?" raises goosebumps on me!
They used this tune on the "Diamonds Are Forever" TV commercials this past holiday season.

Also, Billie Holliday doing "Everything Happens to Me", Diana Krall doing "Look of Love" or "Let's Fall in Love" and Astrud Gilberto doing "Dindi".

A ballad called Lover Man. Now Linda Ronstadt is not a jazz singer, but she does this old time song with great feeling backed up by Nelson Riddle.

"Amonda" mentioned some "smooth jazz" artists.. Of those, Gerald Albright is probably one of the most melodic players.. who has some nice romantic songs, not sure if they would be considered sexy.. Kenny Rankin has a good version of When Sunny Get's Blue, but not sure which recording it's on..
I like Brazilian tunes.. Even Tania Maria has some nice tunes you might consider sexy..

Love me by Norah Jones. It's in a The Little Willies CD. And of course, many by Miles Davis.
